The interiors for Natural Yeast emanate from the waft of vanilla scented air that greets you as you walk through the pristine white double doors of this warm bakery/café that borrow from the essential French Boulangerie. Wrought iron elements are carefully used not as a lean towards an industrial interior, but to complement the classic styling of the flooring and woodwork.

A simple path of chequered tiles lead you through the café, flanked by green leather booths and Bistro chairs on either side; to the bakery that holds a tall display, floating ceiling elements with wrought iron chandeliers and a sweeping L-Shaped service counter finished in a rich mahogany and inlays of brass. The design of the counter, along with the ceiling elements aim to bring the double height to a warm and nonintimidating scale.
