The first installment of Brunch & Cake in Egypt, an exercise in building on the design aesthetic of previous branches but to larger scales and taller volumes. Large floor-to-ceiling semi-circular arches make a debut as a design element to bring the height of the space to a comfortable and homely volume, assisted by a central tree with round bench seating below. The large indoor space varies it’s seating styles with large booths that sandwich an Instagram corner, a relaxed lounge corner and a large communal table. Tall sliding doors open out to an enclosed outdoor area with a full sweep of beachy hanging thatch as a ceiling element and graceful clusters of rattan pendants throw pockets of warm light on the more relaxed lounge seating here.
